Borat #1000 update: it’ll have VIDEO!
That’s right, it can still only be won and it has just become even more massive! If you read the first major media coverage of the 999 Borats project on Torontoist.com:

From Torontoist.com interview by Marc Lostracco “Another very exciting thing I have been wanting to do for ages is producing canvases with embedded flat panel LCD displays, and the price and technology is now making it feasible. Paint actually edges-up and sometimes over parts of the screen so it is an amazing effect … I am planning to offer upgradeable content—you’ll be able to buy Flash Memory cards, each with hours of custom video and audio.”

I have begun to offer my model.001 videocanvas which you can check out at http://www.activeart.tv, and the lifesized Borat is going to include at least one larger LCD panel with hours of changing imagery and motion right inside the canvas!
